Rachel is a Professional Speaker, Body Love Educator, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Personal Health Coach, and the author of The Doughnut Diaries.
“The Doughnut Diaries” chronicles Rachel’s personal struggles with her weight and restrictive diets which lasted for over thirty years. As Rachel turned forty she chose to take back her power and heal from decades of negative thinking and self sabotage. Rachel began to do the work on her mind, body and soul. Writing her book was her way of sharing her message with her audience and letting them know that they are not alone in their experiences. Rachel’s mission is to create a safe space for women to feel whole in themselves and in their bodies.
