About Kim Mosiman
I am a Certified Nutritionist, Christian Wellness Coach and Author of Reflections of Joy. After closing my boutique gym in 2017, I entered a season I didn’t expect: one marked by loss of direction and disconnection from myself. I thought I was ready to retire, but instead, I found myself drifting—without the purpose or structure I had always relied on.
Like so many women, I’ve spent years chasing “healthy” only to realize that real wellness begins on the inside. In my second act, I began re-learning what it meant to take care of myself—body, mind, and spirit. Writing became part of my healing, and now it’s part of my mission.
With fifteen years in the health and wellness space, I now help women rediscover joy, rebuild habits that nourish the whole self, and, for those ready to share their stories, I guide them through writing and launching their books. Co-hosting The Whole Woman Podcast gives me a space to talk about what really matters—our faith, our struggles, and our freedom to live fully as ourselves.
About Rachel Lavin
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Author of The Doughnut Diaries. When I moved from NYC to Greenville SC I added Home Organization to my set of wellness skills.
Since the age of eleven I remember being so conscious of my body. What I believed for decades is that I was so different, that my body betrayed me and that’s why I was felt so miserable in my own skin. When my forties began, I realized that not only was I believing a false narrative from society about what size my body should be, I wasn’t believing in myself.
To work so hard to change that story in my mind has led me to a life full of happiness and gratitude. I have been working in the fitness and wellness industry for twenty-five years. I have seen it all and heard it all my mission for being a part of the whole woman podcast is shed light on myths that we have all be taught, to share my experiences and journey with you so that you are not alone and you can find your own light.
