Rachel Lavin is an author, speaker, Body Love Educator, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Health Coach. Her book titled “The Doughnut Diaries,” chronicles her own struggles with her weight including following restrictive diets for over 30 years.
Finally, at the age of 40, Rachel made the decision to take her power back and heal from decades of negative thinking and self-sabotage. She is now on a mission to create a safe space for all women to feel whole in their own body. She shares her story along with the tools she used to help her reclaim her body and her power.
