In this episode, we’re joined by Rachel Lavin, a Published author of The Doughnut Diaries, Professional Speaker, and Body Love Educator. Rachel is also a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Health Coach with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

Rachel shares her story of growing up in Northern California and living in various cities across the United States, including New York City, before settling in Greenville, South Carolina. In 2000, she began her career as a group fitness instructor, teaching a variety of classes, including Aqua Aerobics, Bootcamp, Jazzercise, Dance Aerobics, Stretch and Chair classes.In 2007, Rachel became certified as a personal trainer and worked in big box gyms in NYC before becoming an independent trainer in 2012. Rachel’s desire to take her passion for helping people to the next level led her to become a certified health coach in 2018.
